Michael Buster
CFO, Company Secretary
Having joined the company in 2005, Michael has been with Mort & Co for over 15 years. He is responsible for the financial, administrative, secretarial, IT and risk management operations within the business.
As well, he has been instrumental in the execution and implementation of several bespoke fund-raising and finance initiatives, including a customised trade finance facility.
Michael has also championed the design and application of multiple integrated information systems with customised reporting capabilities that enable management to track KPIs with a high degree of reliability, in real-time.
He holds a Bachelor of Business, is a Certified Practicing Accountant and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
