Ben Carrigan

Ben is responsible for the procurement and risk management of all commodities, as well as overseeing the farming, transport, and service center businesses for Mort & Co. Raised on a dryland farming and cattle property in Northern NSW, Ben completed a Bachelor of Agribusiness through Marcus Oldham College before spending 15 years in finance and international commodity trading. Ben’s experience extends across 20 international markets in developing strategic trading plans, physical procurement and sales, derivative risk management, supply chain management and structured trade finance.
