Amelia is focused on providing support and solutions to ensure the business has the right people in place to achieve their fast-paced growth, while ensuring all employees operate within safe work environments. This is being achieved through a leading a team of dedicated Human Resources and Safety professionals, setting the strategic direction for these functions and working collaboratively with the Mort & Co businesses. She has a Bachelor of Business (with Honours) and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
