Amelia joined Mort & Co in 2021 as the General Manager People, Culture and Safety.
With over 10 years’ experience in all aspects of people and culture, Amelia has a proven track record in delivering proactive people and safety solutions in complex, geographical disperse organisations.
Amelia is focused on providing support and solutions to ensure the business has the right people in place to achieve their fast-paced growth, while ensuring all employees operate within safe work environments. This is being achieved through a leading a team of dedicated Human Resources and Safety professionals, setting the strategic direction for these functions and working collaboratively with the Mort & Co businesses.
She has a Bachelor of Business (with Honours) and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
