At every stage during its creation, our boutique beef is treated with care and precision. For that reason, only Australia’s finest processors are entrusted to handle Phoenix Beef.
Clients are offered individual product customisation, with no fewer than 28 cut specifications available per carcass. Both chilled and frozen beef options are afforded to all Phoenix Beef partners.
Masterfully crafted by the dedicated teams at John Dee (Establishment 243), Stanbroke (Establishment 203) and G & K O'Connor (Establishment 1265), each cut is beautifully presented and bears the iconic Phoenix brand.
